📅 1. Cancellation Notice

To avoid fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can text or call us directly at 804-349-0291 during business hours.

⏰ 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 fee charged to the card on file. Failure to show without notice will also result in a $50 no-show fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may be restricted from booking altogether.

⏳ 3. Late Arrivals

We strive to run on time to give every client the attention they deserve. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notification, this will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee.

⚠️ 4. Exceptions

We understand that life happens. Emergencies and special situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Bare Face RVA management.
